Are you feeling better during the outbreak?
I came across an article about how some people with depression and anxiety are feeling better and having a reduction in symptoms during the coronavirus outbreak.
Some therapists think the reason for this paradox is that we may feel better because the worst has already happened and there isn't anything much left to worry or ruminate about. Or the reduction in social expectations and living up to them isn't as prevalent right now.
An interesting phenomenon.
Has anyone experienced feeling better or do you find all of the stress, uncertainty, and negative news increasing your symptoms of depression and anxiety?
